Born and raised in the south of France, I have lived in some of the world’s most dynamic cities: Shanghai, New York, and Hong Kong. Having obtained my BA in Business Management, with a major in organizational behavior, I left France when I was 25 with just one suitcase in hand. I have been embracing change and growth ever since.

For more than 20 years working as an executive, I  actively initiated and managed positive, transformational change for a large range of businesses. While the organizations were all different in size and scope, I helped improve the performance and effectiveness of each. Perhaps most importantly, I inspired – and was inspired by – the extraordinary individuals with whom I worked.

Like all of us, I faced challenges along the way. Some were more fun than others but, ultimately, I always felt rewarded. The journey was full of learnings, discovery, and amazing people.

One of my most enlightening career experiences was as COO of a large Chinese retail business. While this role was certainly one of my greatest, I would be lying to you if I didn’t tell you it was also one of my most challenging! I managed 400 stores across China, oversaw 1,300 employees and generated more than 100USD million in revenue. Leading an organization of this size was often a solitary experience. I was however fortunate to have worked with a supportive associate who continuously challenged me to make the most inspired decisions to deliver the best outcomes for the organization and its staff. Without that trusted working relationship, I would not be the leader I am today.

Inspired by the support given to me, I launched grow & glow. I am committed to helping organizations and their leaders to be the best that they can be through bespoke consulting and personalized coaching services. I am a true believer in the power of people and my mission is to bring them clarity of purpose, inspire them to see change as an opportunity and to empower them to take action and make their vision a reality. 

I now have many more suitcases filled with rich experiences that I want to share. My experiences working across a vast array of cultures together with my professional expertise will help you see the world through a different prism and open up new possibilities.
